Our Introduction To Rock Climbing Course is a fun filled day with as much Rock Climbing and Abseiling as possible. The perfect day to take your first steps to climbing outdoors on rock and learning the fundamental basics of rock climbing skills. This course is designed for beginners or for this looking for a refresh of the basic.

Course Content:

✅ Fundamental climbing skills.

✅ Basic equipment.

✅ Technical skills- tying in, belaying and abseils.

✅ Environmental knowledge.

✅ A variety of climbs throughout the day.

We have Public Group Courses running over 2021. Bespoke Courses can be arranged on dates to suit including 1:1 Courses. 

Our 3 hour Rock Climbing Taster Session is the ideal activity to experience Rock Climbing on Dartmoor. This session is the ideal opportunity to challenge yourself and try a range of climbs of varying difficulty.

If you have previously attended one of our Rock Adventure Sessions, this Rock Climbing Taster Session would be a great way to try out a new climbing crag and progress your climbing.

The small group numbers means optimal amounts of climbing can be achieved. Throughout the session, you’ll be engaged in helping the other climbers in your group.

These sessions are only suitable for children aged 11 years old and over. Parents of children taking part are welcome to book a space or spectate. 

We have sessions running at 10am & 2pm.

Public Group Caving Adventure Sessions run during School Holidays but Bespoke Private Sessions can be booked on dates to suit.
