Hideaway in our lovely, snugly Shepherds hut – just out of sight of the house, but in the large, wooded garden, with easy access from car parking in the Courtyard of Tor Royal.

Comfortable double bed with a cosy duvet – rustic kitchen with porcelain sink and double hob, kitted out with crockery and pans etc.  In the fridge under the units, you will find we have left you milk and a few local products to get you settled in and some basic breakfast items.

The en suite bathroom has a W.C, wash hand basin and shower –

Outside you can enjoy the garden area with your own garden table and seats and fire pit – Listening to the birds and watching the wildlife around you.

‘Wood fired’ hot tub, just built for two – enjoy relaxing under the stars after a day walking on Dartmoor in your own private ‘wood fired’ hot tub.

We will supply the wood and get it up and running for you on your arrival is you wish – hopefully you will be able to enjoy stoking the fire yourself on consecutive evenings.

All linen and towels supplied – please note that although there is 4G, there is no wifi in the hut or T.V. so it is just the best place to getaway from the crowd and chill with a good book or two.

The Shepherds hut is heated by underfloor heating throughout, making it clean and easy to come home to after a day walking on Dartmoor.
